I agree my friend. I think most people think that it doesn’t affect performance or something. But sometimes some are just lazy. And sometimes I’ve seen they are scared of losing the site they just opened. I tried to explain to them they can reopen the tab or refer to the browser history or they can just bookmark it.
For Firefox tabs check this out. You can unload them and they’ll still be there to click on them and view them. I think it works better than bookmarks

Some people need to keep track of many things, I guess. Open tabs are reminders. A closed tab is a forgotten thing. Not very efficient, I reckon.
I haven’t had this issue (“Session ends abruptly”) for a while. What has changed in my daily practice is that I only update the system (pacman -Sye or yay -Syu) when I can actually reboot straight away after the update. I have the impression that what made my system unstable was installing new packages and not rebooting immediate after that.
I do get occasional freezing, but much less, which I normally solved with the REISUB command.
