For the translation, using LANG=C before the command has been explained to you at least twice before:

The db could not be synchronisized :: the system was not able to lock the db

@otrott Just a tips: If you run a command with LANG=C before it, the output in the terminal would be in English. EX: LANG=C sudo pacman -Syu Also, please post the terminal output as text and not screenshots. Copy-paste-highlight and press Ctrl-E to format.

Please use Lang C, it’ll be much easier to gain help. Quite literally the post prior to it suggested it, and showed that on more than one occasion it was requested from you. It’s a help requirement, and you’re just kind of wasting bandwidth at this point.

And please don’t post bits of pieces of your terminal output. Please post EVERYTHING. Many people have typos, or capitalization issues that cause problems. The input is as important as the output for figuring out what is wrong. . .
