Screen lock after media

Hi there,

I’ve noticed an annoying behavior that after playing some long media the screen immediately locks when the media is finished. For instance, after a long Youtube video the screen locks even if there would be a following video in a playlist.

What I’m looking for is a way for the inactivity timer to start running only if there is no media playing or something of the sort, is that possible?

I’m using KDE plasma desktop.

You can set the screen lock time in the settings.

I understand that, perhaps I didn’t make myself clear. What I want is for the screen lock time to not count if a media is playing so that it doesn’t immediately locks when a media is over, is that possible?
