Ryzen 7 3700X CPU temperatures for conky

Hello Everbody :grinning:,
does anybody know, where i can take the temperatures from my 8 cores?

I want to add them to conky!

Not available per core, as far as I can see. I just pick the overall up from sensors, and conky that. Here;s the sensors output:

and I use the Tccd1 value usually. This is what I end up with:
