It takes a bit of setting up - but here is a customization method for grub2 multi-boots that doesn’t (apparently) get fouled up by updates on the various distros. cavsfan has run MANY multiboot setups ov er the years, so this should work out.
Don’t mind the Ubuntu look - they still boot with the same things!
I still think it is easier to go with rEFInd, but I’m biased (and lazy)
