Resolving dependencies takes time than regular

Before resolving dependencies was faster.
Nowadays both yay and pacman are having this issue.

Can you provide some context here? How long does it take?

Also, can we see your inixi -Fxxxz so we can see your hardware specifics?

When was this before?
What changed?
What timescales are you talking about?

Without further information I’d guess the problem has to do with sub-optimal mirrors or slow internet connection.

After resolving dependencies everything downloads so fast.

AFAIK i have a good internet connection.

Is this?

Can you share an objective number for what you mean as “slow”?

ok.
resolving dependencies took 1 s or somethin closer before.
but now it takes approx 1min
