Repairing GRUB with BTRFS

So, I managed to bork my system with an update. I need to access the grub menu, but I disabled timeout. In order to update my GRUB config, I have been trying to follow the
arch-chroot tutorial, but it’s not working (I’m assuming it wasnt meant for BTRFS?).I keep getting /usr/bin/grub-probe: error: cannot find a device for / (is /dev mounted?).

My primary system is down right now, and I’m pretty screwed without it, so I would be eternally grateful for any help!

Chrooting and the Grub maintenance described in that article work normally with a Btrfs root.

You may still be able to access the menu by pressing Shift as Grub first comes up.

Log into the forum from the live environment and paste the commands you have run into the thread so we can see what is happening.

That was exactly the advice I needed! I’m so relieved, thanks so much for your help.
