When I got the second to last step I see:
error: config file /etc/pacman.conf, line 1: All directives must belong to a section.
is this any issue?

Here is the pacman.conf in question

There was an error in the command.
I updated it above.
I’m getting the same error as above
This is the pacman.conf now, after the updated command

Should I remove my current pacman.conf? Looks like it’s saving it as a different name.
Either remove it or just mv
the file you downloaded over it.
I’m now getting
error: config file /etc/pacman.d/endeavouros-mirrorlist could not be read: No such file or directory
after running
pacman -Syu dracut kernel-install-for-dracut
ls of pacman.d shows only mirrorlist and gnupg
I just copied the folder to the expected name and tried re running the command.
I’ll update with results.
Dang, I was hoping that would work.
I got
error: failed retrieving file 'endeavouros.db' ... The requested URL returned error: 404
from all mirrors, actually it doesn’t say ALL mirrors. Maybe it just indicates the ones that failed.
and
error: failed to synchronize all databases (failed to retrieve some files)
at the end
wget https://mirror.moson.org/endeavouros/repo/endeavouros/x86_64/endeavouros-keyring-20230523-1-any.pkg.tar.zst
wget https://mirror.moson.org/endeavouros/repo/endeavouros/x86_64/endeavouros-mirrorlist-23.8-1-any.pkg.tar.zst
sudo pacman -U ./endeavouros-keyring-20230523-1-any.pkg.tar.zst
sudo pacman -U ./endeavouros-mirrorlist-23.8-1-any.pkg.tar.zst
sudo pacman -Syu dracut kernel-install-for-dracut
sudo pacman -S linux linux-headers
I don’t understand. Running the wget is saying it’s saving but when I run pacman it says it can’t find or read the package.
Oops. Let me fix that.
Try the commands now.
Thank you, that worked.
I ran the rest of the commands.

[root@EndeavourOS /]#
Is this anything to be worried about?
This seems wrong.
Try this:
sudo pacman -S python
sudo reinstall-kernels
Thanks, the commands have been run successfully.
Try rebooting now
When I reboot it goes through but stops at
A start job is running for /dev/gpt-auto-root (x min / 1min 30s)
and times out.

it then proceeds to enter emergency mode.
Can I see the output of cat /efi/loader/entries/*
and the contents of /et/fstab
cat output
[root@EndeavourOS /]# cat /efi/loader/entries/*

Your system is definitely not running EndeavourOS. That being said, we might as well continue at this point.
What does lsblk -o name,type,fstype,size,uuid
output.
