rEFInd boot order buggered after recovering from grub update of Aug 25

Well… recovered my working endeavouros partition from Aug. 25 grub update/opens BIOS.

Could use a bit of advice on straightening out rEFInd probing for OSs and setting the boot order selection.

When I run “refind-install”, I get:
Keeping existing NVRAM entry
rEFInd is set as the default boot manager.
Existing //boot/refind_linux.conf found; not overwriting

cd /boot/efi/EFI/
ls -la
total 24K
drwxr-xr-x 6 root root 4.0K Aug 25 20:07  .
drwxr-xr-x 4 root root 4.0K Jan 1 1970  ..
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4.0K Mar 29 22:47  boot
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4.0K Aug 25 19:23  EndeavourOS
drwxr-xr-x 7 root root 4.0K Aug 25 20:12  refind
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4.0K May 6 18:49  tools

Then remove the Entries:

sudo rm -rf endeavouros-2571/

As an example. Look at the dates of the entries.

I think you have too many cd?

Oops I will change one to a DVD
