I cannot make a precise ranking. But there are distros i like (means i like to use), and distros that i do not like to use.

The first group contains EndeavourOS, Arch, Debian, Ubuntu Mate and some othersā€¦

The second group is for Fedora Gnome, Opensuse, Manjaro, ans some othersā€¦

I am waiting for the coming Slackware 15.0 release to see in which group it belongs (there is many years now that i have not used the old Slackware)

Yes, youā€™re right, but the four major distributions came into being before 2000, and at the turn of the millennium, they were the dominant ones.
