There seems to be a proposed mitigation for that as mentioned by @mbod above.
As mentioned above, most of the fixes are already queued for 5.9.14.
There is no reason to panic because it will be released shortly.
If you don’t have the dccp module loaded, there is no issue. Unless you think an attacker might get root access to your computer and load that module 
(in which case you could still use kernel lockdown mode to prevent loading of modules even by root)
