Python-certifi 404 error

Hi Folks,
When trying to install Lutris, I get this error. At first I thought the site must be down but all the mirrors fail. Tried a couple of days with no change.

You need to update your system before installing software. Try updating and then installing lutris again.

Otherwise, you can get 404 errors because the file versions are no longer in the repos.

Thanks I thought I did an update prior but I guess not.
