I thought I might share my experience setting up and trying to use the AIHubMix (https://aihubmix.com/) LLM API routing service which allows you to pay AIHubMix for credits to use different LLM (https://aihubmix.com/models). Like Openrouter(https://openrouter.ai/models) they offer access to many LLM Models. The pricing is amazingly competitive for someone like me who is dabbling as a QA with LLM for testing and getting to know Agent functionality as I am using Herdr and testing configuration files.
The short of it is the company seems to not know how its system works or the rules around governance of personal data. I have stopped using their service but cannot delete my account.
Problems I ran into:
- Support is primarily done through Discord + (https://console.aihubmix.com/support).
The support people insisted:
(a) It is against their policy to delete an account on request. That they keep it for reglatory reasons.
(b) Another agent suggested I could delete my account through on their website (no setting exists for account deletion).
- I also filed a request at feedback@aihubmix.com to get my account deleted. This was done through their website and direct e-mail. In 24 hours I got a 1 line e-mail saying my account was deleted. But I was still able to sign into my account with password or 2FA.
- I sent a 4th e-mail today and now I get a pop up message after I sign in that my account is suspended. Yet I still have access to everything. This leads me to believe they don’t have the functionality to delete or de-activate my account (as they send me a valid 2FA to complete my sign in after I provide my password).

I did share with AIHubMix a link to their Data Privacy clause, that a customer can request account deletion. I was then banned from their Discord. As of Aug 23, 2026 the Privacy clause has been edited providing several use cases how they may terminate the service. Sorry I no longer have access to the data privacy clause I shared with AIHubMix Support.

AIHubMix does not send an acknowledgement e-mail that a case was filed via their website or provide a Support Case number so issues can be tracked.
Why is this a PSA? The things I am seeing from documentation which is mixed with English\French, Support not knowing the web interface or its own business processes\rules and simply knowing they have poor Account Management which could risk your personal/financial data. This all gives me the impression they rapidly put their service together (maybe via an LLM) and it is us the customer who are risking our data. They operate with little to no liability to you the customer. I am glad I found this out now before I substantially invested in them as my solution.
Thanks for reading the long post.
