ProtonVPN Failure to Log in

Hello,

When using proton vpn from the terminal it asks to enter a password. Id dont know which one it is referring to. I have used this on xubuntu before and this was not asked for.

Post the output from the terminal as text here. Place three ` before and after the text.

It most likely referring to your OpenVPN password and username.

Ignore the installation bit and skip to setting it up. You’ll see you need a protonVPN account where your two password and username will be. This NOT the username and password of you account. It is different

Thanks to both of you. I solved the issue by reinstalling the AUR and refreshing the openvpn credentials from ProtonVPN.
