Do you have a different _type_ of USB port you can test connecting it to?

Trying that front 3.0 port is still worth a shot since it often runs off a different internal header than the rear ones, so the result could differ. If the dropouts happen on every port, the speakers’ own controller is the likeliest culprit, which fits what you found online. Before swapping them, I’d check one thing: whether Windows power management is allowed to turn the device off. In Device Manager, under the USB hubs and the speaker device, the power tab has a box that can cause exactly this reconnect pattern.

yes i tried the front 3.0 port but the speakers didnt turn on, i believe is because my motherboard doesnt have 3.0 usb ports, and on same day after my post here yesterday my speakers reconnected more 5x, and sometimes repeatedly on a loop, i unplugged them from my desktop and just waiting for the new one i bought to arrive
