Saw this post this morning. Hadn’t run any updates since Friday. So patiently waited a few hours. Saw the package got a new update (aka “the fix”), and casually used yay to update my system to verify the fix. Came here just to say the update was a success!
Honestly with all things considered, I know a lot of the frequent users here are on top of things, but it’s nice as a new Arch user this year to see how quickly fixes can get pushed out to the community, which just adds to a great for the overall experience in my book 
Below are results from running yay which turned out successful, zero errors to report!
