PlugInstall says all plugins are installed when they're not

So I have gvim latest and I have recently installed YCM with it by the tutorial.

But now that I wanna install other plugins using the same method, it says YCM is already installed
But the thing is I removed YCM Plug command from my .vimrc so idk why exactly it insists that they exist.

I use Arch tho, so this might be a weird place to ask.

If this is a problem, have you considered uninstalling YCM?

If you are using vimplug
first comment in your .vimrc

"Plugin 'Valloric/YouCompleteMe'

than uninstall with

:PlugClean

and than you can remove YCM Plug command from your .vimrc
