PIM with multiple apps for faster usage

Hello all!

I am using Betterbird to work on my e-mails, calendar, contacts and to-do’s.

I am trying to find a better solution to having another calendar and to-do-list open in the task bar, so I can switch faster between my apps and input a new entry faster.

If I could see the next 5 days in this calendar, it would be perfect…

So, what are you guys using?

Ii use a simple nextcloud account. It contains my tasks, appointments, birthdays and calendar.
I access it with CALDav and CARDav. As DE I have Plasma in use. As plasmoid i use eventcslender as clock display in taskbar
