Pamac-aur-git (9.5.6.r1.g88346f9-1): No system tray icon

Ouch… There is no output log… I’m blocked :frowning:

So, today’s general update of my system packages, which had no updates to pamac at all, seems to have fixed my issue. I have no idea what package was updated that had an impact on the toolbar (I’ll look into it later), but this issue is now fixed without further intervention. Thanks to all who tried to help. It IS an amazing community.

It was a :zipper_mouth_face: bug from Plasma? I’m happy this is fixed for good!

Im curius , whats difference with pamac-qt5 ?

pamac-qt5 is a completely different beast, written from scratch. Here is its gitlab: https://gitlab.manjaro.org/applications/pamac-qt

And official pamac’s one: https://gitlab.manjaro.org/applications/pamac

ah wel its stil WIP  its just pamac code without gui with a layer of qt5 gui… but in future to maintain both
projects , you can say would be looking like that you get a pamac-common core and a Ui… since Qt5 is this time likable… but is a rough toughts…)

but is not complete a write from scratch, project already i believe a year on going…
