Pacman -Syu said package needs to be rebuild

after updating with pacman -Syu the last line says package needs to be rebuild?
what does that mean and how to fix it?

only eos-hooks needed to be updated.

Just out of curiosity, didn’t you get this message when that large number of python packages got updated just recently?

got it recently when i was notified by EOS notify. so i did a pacman -Syu update and thet message came. never had something like that before.

that update worked smoothly

Sure. But since these packages needing to be rebuild have all some python dependency, I thought the message should have been triggered then when those packages got updated. Don’t know …

as i said, i had done the big python update this morning with the eos-updater in the terminal.
I was just again pointed to an update which included the eos hooks. then came the message.
i also had my computer turned off the whole noon… hmm, normally like you say it should point me right out
weird.
