Before starting the installer, try running gparted and removing all the partitions from the target disk.

It timed out after 30 seconds of trying to create a directory.
With the exception of the initial mirror issue, all the other errors have been disk related. Is it possible the disk is failing?
i have no idea, but i can try install the os to the sata drive instead of the nvme, i just don’t know how to mount it, it’s showing in the bios, but not in gparted
