Was going to ask where I could download the ONLINE installer and then noticed that endeavouros-2021.04.17-x86_64.iso includes both offline and online.
Since I am here – are there any known issues with the ONLINE installer since the April release?

Just did a fresh online install a couple days ago . Worked perfect for me .
Yep, it does have this nasty habit of installing the world’s best operating system.
If you want all of the cool new features of pacman 6 you will need to pull the new config file post install from the Endeavour GitHub or manually edit yours to your preference.
wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/endeavouros-team/install-scripts/master/pacman.conf && sudo cp pacman.conf /etc/
Should work out of the box.
But no system is perfect, so if you encounter any issue, feel free to ask here for help. 
Tip: the Welcome app has a button Software News where important news (e.g. known issues and workaround tips) are shown.
