inxi -Fxxz
Where is the
inxi -Fxxz
I have two inxi outputs, one from the iso image loaded and the other from the installed system.
Post these here, please.
Also
journalctl -b | grep -i nouveau
journalctl from the iso loaded or from the installed system?
this
From the installed system you just did that you say doesn’t work!
I have to shutdown my laptop and restart things. Will post it.
Also, post this from target system (installed)
cat /tmp/nvidia-info.bash
Just to make sure I won’t forget anything.
#! /bin/sh
set -u
#OUT=installed.out
OUT=iso.out
mkdir -p $OUT
cd $OUT
inxi -Fxxxz > inxi.$OUT
journalctl -b | grep -i nouveau > journalctl-b.nouveau.$OUT
if test -f /tmp/nvidia-info.bash; then
cp /tmp/nvidia-info.bash nvidia-info.bash.$OUT
fi
Ok, or anything else?
If you have the system installed and booting into endeavouros all you need is this and post the link.
inxi -Faz | eos-sendlog
This would work from the booted ISO as well?
Not for what i was asking for as i want to see the installed system that you are saying is not installing nouveau from the default entry from the live ISO.
Then I will additionally run this from the installed system.
Do you have it installed yet from the default entry? Then just boot into the installed system and run the command and post the link.
inxi -Faz | eos-sendlog
Yes.
Well I’m just waiting for you to post the log?
Done from the installed system.
How do I provide the files. It seems that upload supports jpg aso only? Hm, I could put it somewhere and give you a link.
That command send inxi data to a pastebin service and returns an internet address where it was stored. Simply show that address here.
