Nvidia drivers won't load after installation

on using
inxi -G

Graphics:
Device-1: Intel Alder Lake-P Integrated Graphics driver: i915 v: kernel
  Device-2: NVIDIA GA106M [GeForce RTX 3060 Mobile / Max-Q] driver: N/A
Device-3: Cheng Uei Precision Industry (Foxlink) HP Wide Vision HD Camera
    type: USB driver: uvcvideo

unloaded: modesetting gpu: i915 resolution: 1920x1080~144Hz
OpenGL: renderer: Mesa Intel Graphics (ADL GT2) v: 4.6 Mesa 22.1.2

you can see that there is N/A following my Device-2 which is my Nvidia GPU.
I have tried installing drivers using

sudo nvidia-installer-dkms

it was successful, but still the drivers are not available.
Please help me sort out this problem.

There is currently a problem with Nvidia drivers and intel users on Kernel 5.18. Try adding ibt=off as kernel parameter. Github
