I would try what @Zircon34 suggests and see. Not all Hybrid systems work the same and I’m no expert on them either. See if what he is saying makes any difference. You probably have to remove the parameters though that you are using.
Personally i think you have to get it working on the Intel which may require a separate xorg file for the Intel. Then it may switch to the other monitor on nvidia? There are others out there that have hybrid setups . I don’t use them as i don’t have one. Mostly desktops for me.
