Try this / probier mal:

sudo pacman -Sy endeavouros-keyring && sudo pacman -Syu

Das sollte helfen.

275 packages are waiting .... see whats going on on commandline

Can we update now: Are the conflicts in the Repo fixed now - i have 379 packages that wait for update
