Non Existent App Showing in Tool Bar and Running!

I would think it’s malware because it is the binary package like blackbox.

So, Koofr itself is malware?!!!
Well, what you suggest I should install, scan my laptop and remove any malware? Or better a fresh install from the latest ISO?
