No thumbnail in the media control widget

Hi, I hope this thread doesn’t break any rule, this is my first one.

When I play a video via Firefox, there is no thumbnail in the media control widget. I know for sure that there is a package that must be installed (months ago I found that and it made it to work, but I forgot its name).

Does someone know the name? (or maybe it is a setting?)

Installed and rebooted, not working.

Not a KDE user but this is what I found searching the www.

If you want to try it, first make a backup of the file you are going to replace.
Replace and reboot.
