No Networks showing

Not sure which category this belongs to, if it even has to do with system, but my system does not show any networks, and seems to not accept Wi-Fi connections at all.

Right clicking the network icon in the tray only shows the configure option.

And clicking on it only shows 2 available “networks”,

Wired connection 2 shows up when using Ethernet (which I am on now) and when using USB Tethering, and I haven’t had any luck identifying where the lo connection originates from.
This is preventing me from using Wi-Fi, KDE Connect, and any network filesystems, which I often make use of.
If anyone could help that would be great!

EDIT: I don’t know if this changes anything but it is a dual-boot system with windows 11 on another SSD, which means I have to disable secure boot to use Linux, and I found only one thread online that discussed connection issues caused by an absence of secure boot.

There is a topic with a similar problem. Please take a look there.
