Since the last update (yesterday or last night), I have noticed a change in my dual-screen configuration. All the icons have moved to the main screen. It is not possible to move an icon to the second screen.
Everything had been working fine for many months, so this is something recent.
There must be something that has moved in a .config. If someone could enlighten me that would be great, thanks
It sounds like a bug to me. It’s probably worth reporting it to your desktops bug tool.

It’s a fun fact that you need to add at least an empty or default panel to the nth display to
enable moving/creating shortcuts or icons on it. Where n>1.
This seems to be a plasma feature at the moment.

Ok thanks for this workaround to the problem. I added an empty panel and I can move icons on the 2nd screen again.
