In the moment, I am using Ubuntu.
So when I am trying to install Endeavours OS, I haven’t an internet connection.

so assuming you are connected via lan wired?
Would need to have some info about your lan device:
lspci | egrep -i --color 'network|ethernet'
Sorry, but lan and wlan don’t work on this way…
I have no internet access during installation.
I followed your advice and it says … ethernet and network don’t works.
Um zu sehen woran es liegt braucht es Information über die Geräte und deren Status sonst kann ich nicht helfen.
EndeavoueOS XFCE4 kann auch komplett ohne Internetverbindung installiert werden, dazu muss nur offline beim installieren gewählt werden.
Aus deinen Angaben kann ich nicht erkennen wo dein Problem liegt, ob du einfach keinen Internet Zugang hast, oder ob du keine Verbindung mit dem Installer zum angeschlossenem Internet hast.

Bei Linux Mint 19.2 komme ich nur über das WLAN ins internet. das versuche ich gerade zu beheben.
Bei Endavours würde ich bleiben, wenn sich die ISO installieren lassen würde.
Ich weiss dass ich Online XFCE nutzen kann, aber das neue System (Rechner zwei Monate alt), lässt nur bestimmte desktops zu… und bei Cinnamon habe ich besten Erfahrungen machen können.

My advice is to tether the computer on your phone’s wifi until you can download drivers from AUR.
und beide funktionieren nicht kabelgebunden und wifi?

eventuell fehlt der richtige Treiber und es wird der falsche ausgewählt… realtek ist bekannt dafür Probleme zu verursachen… unglücklich wenn beide nicht funktionieren…
sudo pacman -S r8168
sudo rmmod r8169
sudo modprobe r8168
dazu brauchst du aber eine internet Verbindung…
oder das Paket auf einem stick:
https://www.archlinux.org/packages/community/x86_64/r8168/download/
dann:
sudo pacman -U /da/wo/das/Paket/ist/r8168-8.048.02-10-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst
sudo rmmod r8169
sudo modprobe r8168
wir haben das Paket für das nächste ISO bereits vorinstalliert also wenn es geht kannst du auch einfach die letzte development Version des ISO benutzen…

Sorry, habe mal Windows 10 installiert, und dort hieß es kein Enthernet verfügbar…
Ich schalte mal alles aus…warte eine weile, und wenn es nicht funktioniert, teste ich mal mit einem anderen Kabel.
Ein Tipp aus einem anderen Forum war, den Rechner 30 Min vom Strom zu nehmen…ich habe den Rechner die ganze Nacht vom Netz genommen…jetzt funktioniert wieder die installation aus dem Internet.

Da sind selbst die Windows Treiber zusammengefrickelt…
Lenova Z510, Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL810xE PCI Express Fast Ethernet controller (rev 07). Kernel modules: r8169
Using the April iso my wired ethernet connection would not stay connected so I enabled WiFi and installed the online version of LXQt. After installation the wired ethernet still would not attach.
Next, sudo modprode r8169 enabled the wired ethernet, but it disappeared with each boot.
Next I edited /etc/mkinitcpio.conf and added r8169 to the MODULES section, followed by sudo mkinitcpio -p linux*.
It appears to work, we’ll see.
Edit: Nope, only the sudo modprode r8169 works after each reboot. Back to the drawing board.
Edit 2: Wow! I discovered that there was a /usr/lib/modprobe.d/r8168.conf file that contained one line: “blacklist r8169”. I commented it and rebooted several times. Wired ethernet now appears with each boot.
Another data point is Manjaro doesn’t have this problem. But Manjaro apparently rolls their own kernel.

Interesting! But why did you have that blacklisting? Did the installer put it there?
I don’t know. I was grasping at straws trying to figure out what was wrong. I had r8168 and r8169 blacklisted at times trying to get the wired ethernet to work. So it could have been me leaving the blacklist behind. I suppose only a reinstall will say for sure. But before that I need to understand blacklisting, modules, modprobe and mkinitcpio better. All I know for sure is: out of the box the April iso will not permit a (reliable?) wired ethernet connection on my Z510 laptop without some tinkering.

Yep. I did it. Installed LXQt on 2020-05-07 and /etc/usr/lib/modprobe.d/r8168 was created(birthed) on the following day 2020-05-08.
