Interesting. In the first video they included a tool for disassembling the device (5:40). So, the message is clear that you are supposed to poke inside.
Now, the question is how will various resellers of the device handle the warranty.

Just updated the Pi400 with close to 500 updates. Had no issues other than the manual intervention for linux-firmware. I really want to order the Pi 500+ but I’m going to wait for some feedback on how you like it.
