Yeah, I removed virtual disk i.e. .iso file, and it worked

For any person stumbling by here in future - Endeavour OS ISO has an option to skip booting from live medium and instead continue booting from installed hdd/ssd/whatever.
I often use this while testing stuff on VBox - going into settings and removing iso (then adding it back in 15 minutes later) feels like wasting 50 seconds 
Plugging out the USB in case of bare metal is easier - but in case you happen to forget it and it boot into USB, you can still choose the option to boot from next device (your hdd/ssd) instead of rebooting.
