Also just to check - did you reinstall qt5-base and rhash after creating the missing metadata placeholder files? This is an important step to fix the underlying problem.

Yes i reinstalled both, i am just not feeling confident on how exactly to do the backup for libtool tho, i am pretty much noob when it comes to fixing a broken system etc

This is definitely a “deep end” fix so don’t worry about that.

You don’t need to back up the libtool files, just overwrite them. It’s OK in this case but --overwrite is something to be careful of (very much so when it comes to AUR packages).
