Need help with a lvm encrypted dualboot setup with windows 10

Hello community,
I try to move from Ubunutu/Linux Mint to Endeavour O. The Calamares Installer is indeed quite nice but, my System won´t boot. As you can read in the title I would like to setup a lvm encrypted System with dualboot windows 10. (I would like to keep windows for casual gaming because I had bad experiences with wine and would love to keep it comfy).
I know from Ubuntu that these kind of Setups tempt to be the most complicated. So after Install I directly chrootet into the new System to check the crypttab and initramfs.
But no chance. I am stuck and I would be glad if someone, helps me to check all the relevant configs. Maybe I forgot something, or knows where my mistake is.
