Terror! Looks like you cleaned it well!!

As others already suggested, if you have an EnOS ISO in a stick, it would be better/preferred to boot it and use arch-chroot to reinstall packages.
Else, you might try installing from cache (starting from plasma-desktop, sddm, etc) as explained above, which is a lengthy and not trouble proof process, although it adds in a lot of Linux experience.
