Your output shows that it was installed with nouveau open source for the nvidia. That is why it has blacklisted nvidia. In order to install the nvidia drivers on the install if you have an nvidia card then you need to use the menu entry for latest nvidia cards.
You can now install nvidia drivers using nvidia-inst
