Mouse does not work until replugged on boot

This is a weird issue I do not understand. My mouse (Coolermaster MM710) will sometimes not work on boot (not on login screen, not in desktop either) and not start working until unplugged and plugged back in. I have not had this issue with other distros on this computer. I am using KDE Plasma on X11 with SDDM as my login manager

Have you tried plugging it into other usb ports? Also your UEFI Bios is quite dated. Maybe an update may help?
