How do I diagnose Plasma when this is happening:
The browser(Vivaldi) has loaded, Thunderbird has loaded, I can access anything on Latte dock, but the desktop background, and main panel/menu/clock etc are not loading. I’ve not changed anything recently, but have been doing the usual rolling updates.
