OMG! I do not understand this!
Updating now I see another kernel update.
Package (2) Old Version New Version Net Change Download Size
core/linux-lts 5.15.73-2 5.15.73-3 0.00 MiB 129.51 MiB
core/linux-lts-headers 5.15.73-2 5.15.73-3 0.00 MiB 25.93 MiB
How can this be?
By the way, as far as I learned here especially from @dalto. It is better to run LTS as it is more stable and more dubugged.
I am on LTS myself but having the other kernel just in case.
How can what be? What is the actual question here?
2 or more kernel updates in a few hours?
I haven’t seen this before.
You can see the changes here: https://github.com/archlinux/svntogit-packages/commits/packages/linux-lts/trunk
As you can see, it is the same version of the kernel. It looks like some patches were accidentally omitted so an update was pushed.
I see. Thank you for explaining.
Though I never seen any update for any software within just a couple of hours.
But I understand now. Accidents happen.
