Try this then reboot:
mv .local/state/wireplumber .local/state/wireplumber-bkp
It renames the wireplumber/pipewire user settings folder. When you reboot, the folder is automatically recreated using the newest default settings. It may work.
If it works, you may have to set up your sound settings from scratch.
If it doesn’t work, then you can delete the newly created folder, and remove the “-bkp” from the older folder you had before.
mv .local/state/wireplumber-bkp .local/state/wireplumber
