Bitwarden all the way. I started with self hosted, but tbh, since decryption is always done on the end device, and I dont trust my security skills so much to bulletproof my self hosted stuff I changed to the premium plan.
If you want thogh, you can go self hosted with vaultwarden and have all the features that are available.
I think Bitwarden mobile app is written in C# programming language with Xamarin framework (that made by Microsoft)
Kotlin is programming language, Kotlin and Java use the same Java VM.

I can not believe that a size of 60 MB is concerning to anybody.
Every single MB counts for old devices with low storage space especially if you don’t get better performance with 5times more storage tradeoff.
