How to make sddm/plasma stop showing what media that was player last on lets say youtube or other? I only want to see the login screen and nothing else (perhaps the clock too)

Under settings, you should have a checkbox called Media controls: Show under locking prompt. Try unchecking it.
Do note that the keyboard shortcuts for media playback will still work on login page.
