@UncleSpellbinder I’m on 7.0 with Nvidia 
Maybe @UncleSpellbinder uses the 580 driver ?
I’m compiled the nvidia drivers and kernel with tkg, that supports 580 drivers to. So if that’s the case @UncleSpellbinder could try that as well.
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti using the 595.58.03 driver.

However, I just now had a Nvidia update from nvidia-open-dkms 595.58.03-1 to nvidia-open-dkms 595.58.03-2. All is well now running linux-cachyos 7.0.0-1.

7.0.0-1-cachyos
That most likely it then, I compiled the kernel and the nvidia driver myself with tkg to get it work with 7.0, as I was having the same issue with the linux-cachyos kernel.
+source = kernel-7.0.patch
And, I restored yesterday mornings snapshot, because my mouse kept not coming back from sleep after 7.0. So I am back to 6.19 for now ;0
