In a terminal do:
sudo pacman -S linux-lts linux-lts-headers
then:
sudo grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg
then:
systemctl reboot
After rebooting there will be a new entry in the grub menu “linux-lts” select it and boot in and test the webcam again.
