There seems to be a regression which causes issues with Flatpaks. If you use Flatpaks, it might be worth waiting before an update.
I personally haven’t reproduced the issue, but it seems to be reported and confirmed on Arch Linux upstream.

I have had that issue. Moved to the linux-lts kernel for now because my system was completely unusable with 6.13.

I think its better to wait. Or you can install linux 6.13.1.arch2-1 that might sort out the issues.
