I do not have a dual GPU setup, i.e. Intel + NVidia. Will it be possible for you to disable Nvidia and see if Kdenlive works? Then disable Intel integrated GPU and then see if Kdenlive works? If it works in one case and does not work in another then the driver of the GPU where it does not work has to be looked into.

If it works for both, then there is some interplay between NVidia and Intel GPU that is causing the issue. Are you by any chance using PRIME Render Offloading?

Finally would it be possible for you to please give the output of `cat /proc/cmdline`. Please mask the values of the key `root` and `resume` from the output before posting it. For example `root=UUID=XXXXXXXX` and `resume=UUID=YYYYY` or something similar.

So to answer all. I tried with only nvidia enable and only intel enable and it gives the same bug. I’ve also checked in the setting under “View” and all the options are flagged.

About the appimage. This is what happen when i drag it on the terminal.

I know you said you tried it both X11 and Wayland, but it should not give the same error in X11, so please run it there through the terminal as well and post the output.

You may also want to post your environment variables and bash/zsh config.

```auto
cat /etc/environment
cat .zshrc
cat .bashrc
cat .bash_profile
```

Check them first for any personal details before posting.

UPDATE: After doing yay -Syu and updating some nvidia utilitis now the appimage open. The grey screen is still a thing in the pacman/flatpack version but the appimage will do fine for now.
