Hi,i installed endeavour os and im loving it.There is a issue with the kde sounds like notifications, deleting files,etc.I dont hear any of those sounds,but sound works like in youtube and games so idk.

Welcome to the forum 
When you right click on the speaker icon in the panel tray and next on configuration , you should see a setting for notification sounds. Also in system settings>notifications you can set any sound you like, by clicking on one of the two options on the top right hand side of the window.
