Fans run full speed after wake up

If i suspend my laptop, after wake it up , the fans start to run full speed even if the cpu is doing nothing ( 7/10 %) and the temperature is low ( 25/30c ). If i shut down and restart the machine everything work perfectly. I’ve notice this bug after the upgrade to the new Kernel 5.11.1-arch1-1. there is something i can do about it or is better to wait the next kernel upgrade??? Thankyou!

I use CpuPower & TLP (performance / no sleep)
