A reasonable top 5, in my opinion. Not what I’d put in top 5, but close enough… 
Wasn’t this fixed either in Plasma 5.21 or 5.22?
It was definitely one of my big bug-bears with Plasma, but since I’ve installed it again a few weeks ago, I’ve not noticed it happening once.
